Member Rights Policy

Your rights and protections are explained in the member materials that are provided by your health plan. CareCore works with your health plan to be sure you understand your rights and responsibilities.

You have a right to receive information about CareCore, its services and providers by calling 1-800-918-8924 and asking to speak to a Customer Service Representative.

You have a right to be treated with respect and dignity and a right to privacy.

You have a right to participate with your doctor’s decisions regarding your health care.

You have a right to discuss your treatments and services without regard to the cost or if the treatments and services are covered under your health plan policy.

You have a right to voice a complaint or an appeal about CareCore or your health plan. You can contact your health plan member services for help.

You have a responsibility to supply information that CareCore or the doctors who treat you need to make decisions about your care.

You have a responsibility to follow the policies and procedures of your health plan and instructions for care that you have agreed on with your doctor.

You have a right to make recommendations about this member rights policy or receive a copy by calling CareCore Member Services at 1-800-918-8924.
