Sr. Medical Director – Sleep Management
Location: Bluffton, SC
Description: We are seeking a board-certified sleep management physician to serve as Sr. Medical Director for CareCore Sleep Management Services. This position is full time and is located in our Bluffton, SC office, midway between Savannah, GA and Hilton Head, SC. In this position, you will work under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer to coordinate all clinical aspects of utilization and quality management activities for CareCore Sleep Management Services.
Requirements: Candidate must be board certified with an unrestricted license. Previous supervisory/management experience is required, managed care experience strongly preferred.

Chief Medical Officer, PathForward
Board Certified physician with current, unrestricted license and completed fellowship in oncology and/or hematology with experience in direct patient care. This candidate has knowledge of applicable state and federal laws, URAC, NCQA and similar quality standards. Familiarity with managing or assisting in operations of a P&L, business experience (insurance, pharmaceutical, or another similar industry), automated processes and computer applications.
This candidate will direct the development and annual review of PathForward criteria in partnership with CareCore National and D3 oncology. They will collaborate with the CEO in planning and development of PathForward’s fiscal function and performance.

Clinical Reviewers
Location: Colorado Springs, CO or Bluffton, SC
Description: Clinical-certification activities, which include capturing telephone requests for authorization of radiology services from physician offices/and or imaging centers, evaluating requests against established clinical protocols and authorizing services or referring requests for expert clinical review as appropriate.
Requirements: Registered Professional Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or currently Licensed Health Professional and previous clinical and managed care experience.

Evidence-Based Physician Counselor
Location: Work remotely from home
Description: Conduct peer to peer discussions with notifying physician about prescribed procedure. This is a part-time role, requiring 15-25 hours per week.
Requirements: Valid medical license to practice in the United States without restriction as a doctor of medicine.

Description: We are seeking a practicing Radiation Oncologist to provide medical evaluation of provider preauthorization requests. This position is part time (5 to 20 hours per week) with an option to work remotely from home. A Medical Director involved in practicing medicine at least one day a week is preferred.
